Creativity as Inner Teacher
When I paint, something inside me seems to know more than I do.
Years later, I often discover what I truly expressed back then.
Creativity, to me, isn’t an outlet — it’s a compass.
An inner teacher that reveals, through color and movement,
what my mind has yet to understand.
I experience time not as linear, but vertical.
Everything that ever was, still exists —
I’m simply growing toward it, layer by layer, awareness by awareness.
The paintings are already there; it’s me who must catch up
to what they’ve been trying to show all along.
Since my stroke in 2025, this has become even clearer.
What I once created without knowing why
now appears as part of one continuous unfolding.
The colors and forms were premonitions —
the soul speaking in advance of understanding.
Each canvas is a conversation with my inner being.
Sometimes gentle, sometimes confronting, always true.
It teaches me that growth isn’t movement in time,
but deepening in presence. My paintings and words do not arise from knowledge or conviction, but from listening.
Creativity, to me, is an inner teacher — gentle, honest, without judgment.
What I share is not a universal truth, but a reflection of my own journey.
As I paint, I discover what already lives within me, and every form reveals something I did not yet know.
Whatever you see or feel in it, is just as true.
The painting already knows. I only need to listen.

Creativity moves ahead of my awareness;
its meaning unfolds over time.
Welcome to this page — a reflection on the deeper layers of creativity and self-discovery.
I hope you feel touched and recognize something within yourself.

The language of symbolism and emotion.
This page is for everyone who is open to the language of symbolism, color, and feeling.
For those who believe that art can be a mirror of the soul, and that time is merely a tool to understand what already exists.
Art is not only what you see, but above all what you feel.

Recognition and connection
It is my wish that you feel that what I share is not only about me, but also about yourself.
I invite you to respond — to share your own experiences or questions, without hesitation.
Connection and exchange are, for me, a source of learning and growth.

About my creative process
Not every painting carries the same depth — and that’s perfectly fine.
Sometimes, while cycling, I’m moved by the light, the colours, or a sound in nature — or by something I see in a film or hear from someone.
Then there’s this sudden need to give that feeling a shape.
Without plan, without purpose.
It just has to come out — like breath, like life itself.
